Gradual cutting away of fabric along a predetermined fabric pattern.
Step 2: Embroidery on photographic prints
Meticulous embroidery of the holes. Partial body drawing emerge on the verso.
Conceptually, this work is a study of the visual phenomenon of patterns, which seem to incorporate a body into their ornamentation, flattening it and dissolving its boundaries. On the back of the photograph, the embroidery becomes a haptic-spatial drawing.
